Mark Your Calendars! PCHC AGM & Strathcona Intercultural Walk Nov 19

Two PCHC events on November 19th are coming up!First, join us for PCHC's 2016 Annual General Meeting! Voting members will be receive a formal notice of the AGM, but all are welcome to attend as long as you RSVP.The AGM will take place on November 19th from 11:00am to 12:00pm. The meeting is booked at the UBC Learning Exchange on 612 Main Street, where you can also meet us at the strt of the walking tour (see below).Second, after the AGM, PCHC hosts "Re-Discover Strathcona: Home to Generations of Immigrants." Join us November 19th from 12:00pm to 2:30pm for lunch and an intercultural walk through Vancouver's Strathcona neighbourhood. Re-Discover Strathcona will be $10 to voting members of PCHC-MoM Society and $20 for non-members. The walking tour will be led by John Atkin, civic historian and President of the Chinese Canadian Historical Society of BC.
