From Far and Wide: Pacific Canada Stories

We are excited to announce PCHC-MoM's new virtual story gathering project: From Far and Wide: Pacific Canada Stories! Click here to visit the project website.

To better understand migrants and descendants of migrants who arrived through western portals to live on the territories of Indigenous peoples, we are gathering and sharing stories of Pacific Canada.

PCHC-MOM will gather submissions where they will live on our website with other Pacific Canada Stories. Community members are invited to share their own stories of migration, or that of a parent or grandparent or great-great-grandparent by sharing photographs or video/audio recordings. Community members will be able to learn how to record family migration stories and conduct interviews from UBC ACAM/INSTRCC and UBC Asian Canadian Asian Migration Studies (ACAM) students. Please email pchcmom.events@gmail.com for more information or if you would like to be added to our mailing list!
