CONGRATULATIONS -- Cross Cultural Strathcona Walking Tour Working Group with an Award of Merits for Excellence in Community Engagement from the BC Museums Association.

PCHC-MoM is pleased to be one of the founding partners of this new joint venture first launched in 2019 with daily walking tours every Sunday during Asian Heritage Month. The honour is shared by all of our directors and volunteers who had worked hard to plan and implement all those Sunday tours in May. We're working with our partners to seek continued funding for this excellent initiative which will be a great resource to complement the new social studies curriculum in schools. A special tour has been arranged for BC Social Studies Teachers as part of their Professional Development on Oct 25.
