Happy Fall everyone!Check out the newly released PCHC Fall 2017 Newsletter.Fall is a season of harvest, celebrations and giving thanks. First of all, we would like to celebrate The Honourable Dr. Vivienne Poy of Toronto and Dr. Wallace Chung of Vancouver for being our Honorary Patrons. This season, our Board of Directors and Volunteers at PCHC-MoM are busier than ever planning our inaugural fundraising gala "From Far and Wide" to celebrate our accomplishments to date and to give thanks to all of our amazing supporters.
